(b)Explain the control statements in PL/SQL with examples.(6)
OR
v  There are two tables maintained in a library management system:
(i)The MEMBER table containing details of members in library such as member number,member name,address,designation and department.
(ii)The book table containing details about books such as book number,title,author name,publisher name and stock quantity.Write a PL/SQL to accept a member number and book number.Issue book to a member only if it is available.If not issue a suitable error message.Perform required file updations.Assume suitable field name,data type and width for each field.(12)

v  (a)Explain horizontal data fragmentation in distributed databases.(6)
          (b)Explain how to perform insert,look up and delete operation in a file having hash organization.(6)
